Behind the Kitchen

The kitchen is led by Chef Masahiko Yomoda. Trained at École Tsuji Tokyo, then in France, then through Joël Robuchon Ebisu and L'Osier Ginza. He held a Michelin star at his own Arbace in Tokyo before bringing his work to Sydney. Cooking is emotion. Everything at IKI starts there.
